15. Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

• Difficulty in processing your payment information.
• Cannot ship to address provided.
• Duplicate order was placed.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

17. Return Rules and Restrictions
• Your item may only be returned for exchange or merchandise credit only.
• When shipping a return, you must include the return form or bottom portion of the original packing list. Be certain to save copies for your records.
• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
• We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
• In the case of shipping damages, please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS).
• You can expect a merchandise credit within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your merchandise credit will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
• If you choose to return your online purchase to one of our retail stores, you must present the original packing list, ship confirmation, email or your online purchase receipt displayed during Checkout. You will be issued a merchandise credit for the most recent selling price of the item.
• Items purchased at an SP Leather/Real Deal II retail store location may not be returned to our online store.
• Custom orders are non-returnable, non-refundable.
18. Return Instructions
Returns to an SP Leather/Real Deal II Retail Store
It is easy to return products purchased on www.spleather.com to any SP Leather/Real Deal II store. Just follow these steps:
1. Find the nearest SP Leather store in Cleveland, Ohio.
2. Before visiting the store, place the item securely in the original package.
3. Enclose the original packing slip with the item. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing slip for your records.
4. All products must be unworn and undamaged, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
5. Take the item and original packing list to any SP Leather retail store.
6. The store associate will process your return and issue you a merchandise credit. Please note, if you return an item you purchased online at www.spleather.com to an SP Leather retail store, your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Returns to our Online Store
The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Please note: Items purchased at an SP Leather retail store location may not be returned to our online store.
Here are the basic steps:
1. Please refer to your packing slip for return information.
2. Pack the item securely in the original package (whenever possible).
3. Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
4. All products must be unworn and undamaged, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
6. For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

7. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to an SP Leather store.
8. You can expect a merchandise credit within 30 days of receiving your returned product. You will receive merchandise credit for the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturing error or a shipping error on our part.
19. Defective Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, immediately return the item to our online store or an SP Leather retail store by following the Return Instructions on the packing slip. Check "Defective" when indicating the reason for your return and provide comments if necessary. You will receive e-mail notifications when we have processed your return and issued Credit.
To order a replacement item, you must place a new order. You may do this at any time. Unfortunately, we cannot automatically reorder a new item for you, so this action must be taken on your part. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

21. Shipping Methods and Costs
The item(s) you purchase on www.spleather.com will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail service (some restrictions may apply), unless you request a different shipping carrier and paid the appropriate shipping costs. Please email us if you would like a different shipping carrier or if you require expedited delivery.
Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual shipping charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.
Shipping time on custom orders will be longer. Please contact us for more information on custom orders.
Generally, you may have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Domestic Shipping in the United States
Most items may be shipped to locations in the United States via USPS Priority Mail service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Overnight, normally 1 bus. day
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service . You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Oversized Items usually arrive in 7-14 full business days. Please contact us for more information on the shipping carrier and method for oversized items.
Canada
Most items may be shipped to locations in Canada via USPS service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States and Canada.

• Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address, Post Office box, or U.S. territory (including Puerto Rico) may only be shipped via USPS and cannot be expedited.
• The shipping cost shown for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount, and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart.
